Nelly - stange that - I never liked the diablo 111's as well - sold them on after 500 miles or so......weird front tyre feel.....always liked 010's on the road

SL - 2CT's again!!! - everybody loves them - I've got SC's on my trackbike & they are mint - tried Dunlop 209gp race & they are great on the track - tried the 120/70 190/55 combo - very good & they do a slick version for track only - guy martin reviewed them & rated them.........

Cahanged from SuperCorsa Pros which were great in the dry but downright dangerous in the cold and wet.

Suspect Road 2s are plenty good enough for the road, but havnt tried them.

Quite why people put stuff like SuperCorsa Pros on for road use is beyond me tbh. They are road-legal race tyres designed for use with warmers.

I used to ride 010's religiously, then Diablo came out and i loved em. Corsa more so. Diablo III's felt good to start with, but the SC pro were lousy as a road tyre, so the Diablo had to be better.
016's have great feedback, specially the front and i ride the front hard so need that from a tyre. Not tried 2CT's but for me at least i have all i want from the 16's now.

twpd - have to agree on that one - but they do work & look good & are good for trackdays...& you don't need warmers for the road compond btw

.........but let's be honest who hasn't put racy tyres on their bike - when I first got my sps I put Rennsport streets on it - I got the horn everytime I looked at them!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right - looks like 2ct/road 2's or 016's......

Decisions decisions

thanks for all the advice......:-)

You sure you mean Pilot Sport's?? I have 3 sets of them on my ST4S-never had any problems and that includes track riding. I also used Diablo's-ok, Diablo Road-also ok, and it had Michelin Pilot Road 2CT on it when I sold it which were great. I use Pilot Power 2CT on Sparky which are great.
Now, if you were talking about Michelin Highsports-or Highsides as we used to call them-different matter. Now there was a tyre which needed LOTS of warming up-good grip once warm-but if it let go.........................

Diablo Corsa's absolutely ideal for me.

Diablo is a good tyre and the Corsa just gives the edge for the bigger bikes.

I like em so much, Nellys got a set on hold for me He's got a few left for-sale too at a very good price.
