Interesting concept!

Found on the Moto Forum today:

"I have heard that MSV have had an idea put forward to run a 2 day autumn event next year (November 07) called 'Champion of Champions'! & they are considering it as a good idea!
This apparently is the idea:
'Motor Sport Vision Racing' (MSVR) will invite the top 6 finshers from each bike clubs championships to race in an end of season event at one of their tracks. Approx 6 different classes.
6 riders from 6 clubs(?) = 36 grid.
3 rounds over the weekend, all rounds to count to find the person who could then call themselves the true 'CHAMPION of CHAMPIONS!?"

Could make for a good weekend watching!

BIKE SPORT NEWS AUTUMN CHAMPIONSHIP
Bike Sport News have invited NG Road Racing to run an autumn championship over the weekend of 4th and 5th November 2006 at Pembrey.
Regs will be posted to all NG members within 1 week and also will be available to download here.
The prize fund is in excess of £5500 with trophies on every class also.
The "Championship" will consist of timed qualifying on Saurday morning, and 3 championship races across Saturday afternoon and Sunday. The event will also feature the Prince of Pembrey Open which will be held over 2 legs on Saturday, with a prize fund of £600 and trophies. We are planning to present the Prince of Pembrey awards on saturday night in the clubhouse.
This event is being opened up via the Bike Sport News to all other clubs.
Large adverts and entry updates will feature in the paper leading up to the event and an exclusive writeup is planned following the event.

Enties for The Bike Sport News Autumn Challenge and Prince Of Pembrey are now available for downloading. NG members will receive a set in the post within the next few days. This event is open to all ACU rod race licence holders from all clubs across the UK. Temporary membership is included in the entry fee. Click here to download regulations and Entry form
