Thanks for all the well wishes folks!

Feeling a bit battered and low today writing lists for bike bits and popping painkillers and anti inflammatories

Was a good day out and I can't believe how many folks came along to support me, it was brilliant, just a shame it didn't end so well.

Now have to deal with Fred telling me off when i try and do stuff!

What a shame it ended how it did Lily, seems like it was good up to that point though, I really wish I could have made it to watch (and got a tee shirt).

no idea how i missed this. but well done for giving it a go and hope you are fit to go again soon.
takes a lot of bottle to go in at the deep end. sounds alot more frantic than the sedate racing that is DD.
