2015 Ducati Dream Tour: five opportunities to experience an incredible weekend on two wheels
  • Enrolment is now open for the 2015 Ducati Dream Tour – a perfect opportunity to explore the “land of motors”
  • The main attraction of the tour is the new Multistrada 1200 S. Also available are the Monster 1200, Monster 821, Hypermotard, Hyperstrada and Diavel
  • The weekend tour covers more than 500 km over three days, starting with a tour of the Ducati Factory and Museum, followed by a road trip through the most beautiful routes of Emilia Romagna and Tuscany
Preparations are complete for the 2015 edition of the Ducati Dream Tour which incorporates a series of three-day travel experiences put together specifically to enable riders to enjoy the emotions of riding a Ducati while exploring the most exciting and beautiful roads of the Tuscan-Emilian hills and mountains.

From 23 March it is possible to book one of the five weekends presented by Ducati for 2015 via the official website http://www.ducati.com/ducati_dream_tour/ducati_dream_tour.do

The route has been carefully planned to experience the joy of a typical Italian landscape and atmosphere guided by Beppe Gualini (a former Dakar rider with extensive experience) and his qualified team. Along the very varied and exciting route it will be possible to enjoy the natural beauty of those charming Italian regions while riding a Ducati – the perfect travel companion for discovering some of Italy's most enjoyable roads.

The Ducati Dream Tour will take place over five weekends, each one starting on Friday with the arrival of the participants late morning at the Ducati headquarters in Borgo Panigale, near Bologna. The weekend will start with registration, followed by lunch at the Ducati canteen and a guided tour of the factory and the Ducati Museum – an interesting prelude to a few days dedicated to the “desmodromic passion”. Participants will be welcomed by dedicated staff, who will take care of transporting luggage and assigning the Ducati bike chosen from the 2015 model range. Day one will come to an end at the gorgeous Palazzo di Varignana Hotel Resort located in the rolling green hills, an ideal place for tasting the famous food and wine of the area and relaxing in the excellent spa within the resort.

The Palazzo di Varignana resort will be the starting point for the longest and most exciting day of the tour. The route on Saturday will twist and turn through a total of approximately 270 km passing through Mugello where one of the world's most important and best known racetracks is located, the setting for breath-taking races, the MotoGP World Championships, as well as a many tests for the Ducati motorcycles. The itinerary planned for Sunday is just as interesting: participants will follow a route of approximately 250 km, once again along stunning roads and through spectacular scenery before ending up at the Ducati headquarters on Sunday afternoon.

The motorcycles available, included in the tour package, are the new Multistrada 1200 S, the Monster 1200, the Monster 821, the attractive Diavel and the versatile Hypermotard and Hyperstrada.

The Ducati Dream Tour trips are aimed at participants who want experience an incredible weekend on two wheels exploring the hilly area between Emilia Romagna and Tuscany, an area full of tradition and history. Those trips are among the collection of travel proposals offered by the Bologna-based motorcycle manufacturer, thanks to the collaboration of experienced travel partners.
