Mood: a ducati is for life not just for christmas
what shall i do

theres a coolant pipe thats on top of the radiator thats very close to the cooling fans should i strap it back so it doesnt foul the fans

Yep, or re-route it, Ian (DCR) had exactly the same thing, it eventually wore threw the hose and threw coolant everywhere, we did a reroute and replaced the hose, topped up the fluids and no problem since

If it will keep it out of the way of the fans I don't see a problem, with Ian's it was too late for that, even his gaffer taping efforts didn't help too much

yer thats the offending pipe ,so you have re routed yours, job done .thanks for your help i will put you on my xmas card list lol
