Dear participant,

Please find below the proceedings for our 3rd Trackday preceding the 27th Ducati Club Race. Your participation allows you to stay at the circuit for the entire weekend. Friends and relatives will only be allowed to enter free of charge on Friday. If they wish to stay the weekend they will have to pay the regular entry fee.

In the enclosed affirmation document you will find the group to which you have been admitted:

Group Sessions Participants
Groen 4 Non licensees, with marshals
Geel 4 Licensees and drivers without known lap time
Blauw 4 Licensees and drivers with known lap time
Oranje 4 Licensees and drivers with known lap time
Bruin 2 Licensees and drivers with known lap time
Zwart 2 Licensees and drivers with known lap time
Rood 1 Shake down Session for club race participants
Roze 1 Shake down Session for club race participants

The grouping has taken place according to lap times (as far as known), and the information that you have sent us by mail.

From Thursday 2:00 PM you can report to the ‘Welcome Centre’, which you’ll find on your right just before the barrier of the paddock.

On presentation of your identification and affirmation document, you will be given your scrutinising document for your motorbike, a wrist-tag for identification purposes and your race numbers to be attached to your bike.

Once you have attached your numbers to your bike, you are invited to take the motorcycle on Friday to the Technocenter for inspection. Don’t forget the scrutinising document and your helmet. The bikes will be checked according to the ”Trackday reglement 2006” (see www.clubrace.ducaticlub.nl). A translation of these regulations can also be found there.

http://www.ducaticlub.nl/evenementen...elementeng.pdf

After inspection, the bike will be provided with a sticker as proof of the inspection as well as a transponder. The latter is used exclusively for sound registration; lap times will not be registered.

Please note MAXIMUM SOUND LEVEL 88dBA measured at the ‘Veenslang’. In case of exclusion from participation by the Assen circuit or the organisation due to non-compliance of the technical regulations, the entry fee will not be refunded. Tires with a specific profile for rainy conditions are not allowed (even if they are street legal).

The riders briefing (at 8.30 AM near the Technocenter) is compulsory to those who are new to driving on a circuit. You will be informed here of the code of conduct on the track.

You will be required to present yourself to the ‘Parc Fermé’ 5 minutes before the start of your session where a short check while entering will be done on your helmet, clothing and tires.

For all questions you may have on the day, please report to the people in the Techno Center, so not at the Welcome Centre!

Make sure you and your motorcycle are in good condition (check tires and brakes on your bike) and then all that remains is to wish you a great time at our wonderful brand new TT circuit of Assen.

Ton de Bruijn, President Racing Committee, Ducati Club Netherlands
