really good feedback from me, i loved every minute of it,ive done the cbr twice now and itshelped my riding and confidence no-end. am waiting to go back and do the firebalde school when ive got some money.
very helpful instructors, i had ian mcconnachie instruct me, the school teaches you about body position, track position, how to ride smoother and all the basics you need to ride fast on track and road

only negative is the small amount of tracktime, 3 15min sessions on the cbr's and 4 20mins on the blades and you have to do the cbr class before they let you loose on the blade next time around

overall its a positive thumbs up from me

Roy - not for AK this one!

Lin - definatley not!

Someone just went on one, and he had NO feedback whilst on the bike at all he just wanted to know how others had fared.
He enjoyed the day and found the bikes great & easy to ride, the classrom was fine too, but he had no help or feedback on track at all
