Fuel Pump - Are there Differences?

Is it true that 748E fuel pumps do not have the black and white quick release fuel connectors?
If so, is it possible to modify to the pump to interface with quick release fuel line connectors?

I suppose you could but some QR connectors from ebay, some bloke in the states is selling them, then add a small piece of hose from the pump to the connector.
Should work

Yep. The E uses direct connectors with the pipe.
The QR connectors are VERY expensive for what they are though, although I'm sure thy'll bolt on in place of the pipe connector.

No JPM it was mentioned that Triumph ones are the same but cheaper to buy.
As for modifying a 748E pump to take them I have no idea never having had a chance to inspect the fuel pump off of one.
