Mood: the rain in spain falls mainly on me!
i was advised by john hackett not to fit the frame ones as they can do more harm than good. i know other say otherwise.

so i didnt fit them on my DD bike but i do have fork ones one there.

Lots of carbon as standard on the S4r its not as clean now it was brand new then

Yeah I think at high speed they will do frame damage got mine mainly for those low speed slids in the wet

Though if you look at the R&g ones the bolt for bung to attatch to machined ends is very short so in a high speed crash i would imagine it would shear off
