does anyone know the best place to get my marchesini wheels repainted/polished

Jennings in Oswaldtwistle do an outstanding polishing job but they are not cheap.

I had mine powder coated. Superb job, very tough and look the mutts, many years later, no chips no marks and easy to wipe grime off. Had mine done in Edenbridge Kent.

I used central tyre in Cov. It was a while ago but they were 58 quid (cannot remember for the pair or not) and look like this:
