At least u get a 10 minute free practise..its not much but better than nothing, combine that with 10 minutes timed practise thats almost 20 laps....enough to give you an idea before the actual dd race...............

I guess the tip is to try and learn the track in those sessions and not get caught up in a race trying to catch people or try to go too fast to soon...........

Yes - I'm just going to take my time and not get flustered in the practices. As for the race - well - like any race it's every man for himself and i'll just wait for you lot to lap me so I can follow for ooo all of 20 yds maybe

A bit of rain would be welcome, may slow a few of the 620 and 674 riders down a bit.

I knew it, 583 riders are waterproof.

I'm looking forward to round 2, especially since I've now got a more defined target... at cadders it was just a guess.

the only unknown is where (read: IF) his domskiship will finish!

Thats because i'm made of rubber which also helps me to bounce well, as a few may have noticed at Cadwell.

Does anyone have the actual DD qually and race times? I think first practice is 9:10 and the last race towards the end of the day. is that right?
