Is a 749 petrol tank exactly the same as a 749S?

You can move the seat/tank position on the S, but I don't know if that means the tank fittings etc. are different?

You can only change the seat position on the single seat 749S. There are 3 positions you can choose from as the subframe is different on the Monoposto.

DMC The tank is the same on the 749s... Its only the subframe thats changed and the rear panels if you have a bip or mono. You can interchange between the two so you can have seat adjustment on the mono...... Hope this helps.... Dave

Cheers.

I just wanted to check. I've just bought a second hand tank to go with my track bodywork.

Now I just need to get it sprayed up like the Breil Supersport 749R...... mmmmmm.
