Tick over speed....
My old Carby 900ss seems unhappy cornering on low throttle settings or when shut-off. I'm considering raising the tick over speed to help - Any advise as to a good setting ????

There is going to be an underlying problem, either with throttle balance, fuelling or ignition timing that needs to be sorted. All that raising the tickover speed will do is to mask this as well as losing some of your engine braking on a closed throttle.
I'd suggest a bit of time making sure that all of your above settings are spot on first.
