A small sprocket warning

Well yes, as it concerns a front sprocket!

Changed mine before my Italy trip when changing the chain and finding the front a little too worn for my liking...

Thought I done a good but hurried job however, I did notice at one point when moving the bike backwards that the chain seemed to be catching quite a bit but thought it was simply due to moving in the wrong direction.

On inspection back home, BOTH the tiny bolts that hold the sprocket to the retaining plate were missing!

I hadnt used ANY thread lock and paid the price - thankfully, not any worse, the chain seems ok. So, both thread lock and spring washers used this time.

Worth a check, perhaps?

Ciao.
