That's Rally's. He broke his foot on Good Friday which stopped him from starting the season. Then, as I understand it, he got caught up in work and stuff and didn't get the bike finished until Brands but chose not to race.

I wonder if Rally is racing this year?

Almost too good to race - Rally did put one heck of a lot of effort (and ebay purchases!!) into it.
