My dealer had one have to say they do look very nice!! they had a silver one with black stripe, Look like a S4r but with out the rad less cluttered, black calipers etc horses for courses depends on what u like and if you want to pay the servicing for 4v models or not

Are about 6999 on road to a fair bit cheaper than a S4r and way cheaper than S4rs

I think i need to blag a test ride somewhere but snells and motorapido are a bit of a trek for me , may give cmw a ring to see if they have demo bikes

Nigel - you can have a run out on my M1000 (its not an S2R1000 tho) but the engine is the same, also ride height - just the handlebars are slightly different in height/angle/width - and I do mean 'slightly'. (and I'm not going into the single sider etc, but thats wont make much difference in the handling for a short whizz out, will it?)
Would give you at least a feel of the engine etc
