I think all the quick release sprockets are to the same pattern. I have renthal sprockets but I don't think my carrier is renthal.

No - they are all different so make sure you either purchase sprockets at the same time, or check which carriers fit which sprockets to ensure you get it right.

Lily,

The ride height hasn't been adjusted, only the spring length, the bar which runs next to your shock controls the ride height, which from memory is made of something other than metal

748R Chain and Sprocket

Neil fitted me a new chain on saturday while i was having the bike setup, also fitted me a set of his cornerspeed nuts.
They are the ********!!!!
14 tooth front and 40 tooth rear with the renthal quick change carrier, and tsubacki sigma 520 chain. 96 links!
