Can definitely recommend the Ventura stuff. You won't get much better or more versatile for the 748/99*
Not sure where you are but Hein Gericke do the racks and the packs.
Easy to fit and easily removable in case you're worried about the "Gold Wing" or "Beemer tourer" Jibes from your sportsbike mates
Feel free to mail me if you want any specific info. I've had one for 4.5 years now.

Yep, go for the ventura, it's superb. If your a 'paid up member' to DSC you will get 10% (or it might be 15%) off from Motohaus, the importers.
