Answers to questions:

Q: Is it allowed for riders to enter just one race as a 1 off ???
A: It's a race meeting so of course-as long as the entrant meets the regulations-eg member of DSC and New Era-and there's space on the grid.

Q: are the rules as per the original flyer?
A: Yes-the rules are as posted on this site

Q: can we have a list of who's in it at the moment?
A: I believe a list is posted somewhere here.

Another question John-

Do we need to join New Era ourselves, or is this covered as part of our "joining" of the Desmo Due series & fees?

Obviously we will all need an ACU licence anyway.

I'll quite happily accept your offer of coffee making Paul, hopefully if your there and getting involved you may decide to give it a go some time.
I will also hopefully be racing in another class on the day, maybe SoT or 600s

what a great result for the club and its supporters - in getting this series up and running - many thanks to you all.

that just leaves three things left to do....

buy a bike

develop very wide elbows

and get a licence

and on that subject any "beginners" around London want to share transport up to Rugby for the ACU class early next year??

A: Yes you will need to New Era members but we have negotiated a discount to their fees so it will only cost £25.00. We (Michael) are putting together a document of all our discussions to send to New Era and be ratified, then we will have details of how it will all work. Race entries will be direct to New Era as they are the race promotors.

Done. I'm out in Rickmansworth. Can't do the 26/1-31/1 but otherwise free. Drop me a u2u with your preferred date.

Cheers,

Ali
