Hi Level exhausts - Brackets/fixings photos?

Good morning!

I have picked up some SL hi level cans, no brackets or fixings supplied.

Can some one post some pics or supply, or suggest the simplest fixings solution.

For my DD racer so no sexy options required.

Chris,

I have mailed you a photo of the bracket for the high level cans on my SS. Hope it helps.

The brackets on my bike with the straps for the cans were supplied by Ducati.

No problem, let me know if you want me to measure anything.

I would have throught the parts should still be available as it is a common mod. Very easy to fabricate something though.

I have a pair of genuine Superlight ally brackets which have never been fitted.
Just add your bog-standard can fixing strap and you should be sorted.......

Cheers All,

As soon as get the cans, will check if they have fixing holes or need straps?

Should'nt be difficult either way!

Hey Allan R, do your Sil Motor cans sit fully home on the headers once mounted?? And do they have symmetrical curvy sections? I have a pair and first of all they are not symmetical: the curve on one is about an inch 'deeper' than the other, i.e. if you put the cans on the end of a table so the curvy bits both drop down vertically, the inlet of one is about an inch lower than the other. Shoddy. Also, the brackets are a bit long, so the pipes are barely inside the headers.
