The most important question is whats the best way of keeping your van warm when we go back to Brands in March. Been looking at oil filled radiators with temperature controls. Also been looking at heater tubes but they seem to have no temperature control.

Any (sensible) suggestions?

Mark

Last weekend I dumped the bikes in the garage which left plenty of room for me and 10 sets of Dunlops to be kept warm by a small oil filled radiator, if its going to be colder than last weekend I may have to take two along to take the chill off the air in the van

Well today was spent addressing some of the things that I picked up on during the test session at Brands

The gear position has been adjusted and the rod end bearings replaced as the original ones had seen better times.
I pulled the bike back up the forks by 6mm hopefully improving the front rear balance.
The original sump plug was replaced with a easily lokwireable one from Ant at Avanti, The oil strainer was drilled and wired. A pair of scrubbed Dunlops fitted. After making a mounting bracket the Red backed Scitsu was fitted to the bike and finally the standard air filter was replaced by a K&N filter.

Hopefully a few more hours on it tomorrow and it will be finished ready for next Friday
