Thumbs up Yet another big-up for Mav!!!

I want to publicly thank Madmav for helping me out last weekend. Myself + 2 mates were riding back from Italy en-route to the Nurburgring on Saturday. Mav kindly sorted out accommodation for our overnight stay after a quick phone call.
Due to some bad weather in the Alps, we were behind schedule. One call to Mav to warn him we were going to arrive at the hotel late & the fella sorted everything out (despite him being out with friends in the UK). We arrived at the hotel around 11pm to be greeted with a big steak & chips + the sweetest tasting cold beer I've ever had!

I still haven't met him face-to-face after 2 visits to the ring this year, but I'm sure we'll cross paths soon. Maybe on a 'nurburgring experience' weekend???

Top man. Many thanks

I know all about the baseball bat....Mav was standing over me while I typed the post above (just kidding!!!)

Mav...I did enjoy your 2nd home. Very hospitable. After 14 hrs on a 749 I was very grateful for such a comfy bed!

Congleton? Why who's organised a curry there? Bollington is the where the legendary Viceroy is...

Oh and yes there are plans a foot for another one, and hopefully this one will have some special guests
