Talking Chris's DD #10 Race report

Start-
Phil passed me into Redgate
I passed Phil out of Redgate
Phil passed me into Old Hairpin
I passed Phil at Schwantz 1
Phil passed me out of Coppice
I passed Phil into Goddards
Phil passed me out of Coppice
Nick B held up Phil - Thanks
At this point 12 laps was my savour
I passed Phil into Redgate
Dickie passed me out of Coppice
I passed Dickie into Redgate
Dickie passed me out of Redgate
I passed Dickie into Old hairpin
Dickie passed me out of Coppice

I won!

I was a little bloody minded this weekend - BEAT Phil, anyone else didn't matter!

Great racing and diceing with your mates, tough fair moves and close as you like. HUGE respect to Phil / Dickie. Phil may be racing for points not prizes but still raced hard, if I was in the same class a Dickie I would probably have been a bit keener to play!

My record is now 6 races - 1 win, 4 seconds, 1 fifth.

Donnington confirmed just how much I love this racing lark.

Thanks to all for comments, well done Glenn. Two virgin race winners this weekend, that's what DD is about.

Cheers all you wet weather specialists - your day will come I'm sure.

Thanks all for the hospitality and good times.

Roll on Cadwell - DSC days, Snetterton, and Cadwell.

Can we race again yet?

spot on.

although there was alot of hassle about the change of format, from all the write ups its clear most had a great time, just want to race, and improve next time out.

it is still a superb series, on great tracks with great people.
im just gutted ive only got one meeting left and then its winter break time.

this is REALLY REALLY going to hurt me, but, CAN WE GO RACE IN MARCH?

i just dont think i'll be able to wait any longer!

very well done Chris, you have been telling us from the start of the season that you could win and hey presto you have.

But isn't Gerrards that long right hander at Mallory

Too excited to even think straight, now updated.....lol.

Exactly the more you tell yourself you can do something the more determined you become...

If it was only 6 laps, it would have been a different story, Phil is consistently fast, I made two errors that cost me at least 2 secs each time!

Well done for your weekend to Kev. See you at Snett?
