Here's a bigger pic. Can't wait to see this bike in the flesh. It looks like it weighs next to nowt. Bimota dragging the old air-cooled Ducati motor into the future methinks. Bet it don't 'arf BOOM out of slow corners!

It's what Ducati should do with the SS.

The 2005 1000DS engine in the Multistrada and SS put's out 92 bhp now acording to ducati.com. That should be knocking on for 100 bhp with freer flowing pipes and no cat.

Should be possible for Ducati to make a new SS that's every bit as light as the Bimota promises to be, and to make it look utterly gorgeous as well, cos that's much easier to do if you don't have to package radiators and plumbing.
