being as most have had seals replaced under warranty between services there should be no need to have the fork oil done at the service

Thats cos you ladies have your bikes too upright too much!

Part of the seal on ohlins is the oil itself, coming from them working...........

It costs about £450 for my 748r each year at Ducati Leeds.
This should be about the same for a 749r IMHO.
Belts every year etc and about 8Hrs labour.

because someone has asked for expected servicing costs it means they're gonna start cutting corners ! Interesting statement.......

FWIW, my fork seals have been ok.

Graham will not be cutting corners , maybe on the road but not on expenditure. Graham what is P&H's view of expected hours /cost?

dont use back street garages as you need a mathesis wich costs loads and you have to buy it from ducati, the only people with them is real ducati garages,

cheers Doug'l

thats more like it ! was feeling like I shouldn't have asked
as I did all my own stuff on the R6 & Elsie, just thought I would test the water

P&H said £400 to £600+ depending on shims ?
shims at 2100 miles, I would hope not anyway

will let you know, but I have an RAC Gold warranty so I have to get it stamped etc
