Last year I broke my left radius. It was split lengthways from the wrist back, about 3-4 inches. I raced 5 weeks later, but it took that long for me to pull the clutch in (plus plenty of painkillers).

Don't rush it, and do do the physio - I didn't and I now have restricted movement of my left wrist/arm.

Good luck mate

At least the physio exercises for a broken wrist will put a smile back on your face.

Track day in two weeks is pushing it but strapped up should be good enough to race on in four weeks.

Terrible news Griff.

Best bet is supplements and to completely avoid using it until you're sure there's bone growth. I'd keep the race entry in, just make sure you notify NE in writing by the friday before if you want to cancel and you get the lions share of your money back.

Crap luck, you have my sympathies...
