MOT and TAX
Does anyone know if the MOT is allowed to lapse but the bike is still taxed and it is kept off the road if this then makes the tax void and an automatic fine is issued?

No I don't, but I would guess that under the new rules you are going to get a fine!

Really Chris! So what options do I have if I am unable to MOT it?
I've looked on line but can't really find the answer.
