I've seen some threads in here re fork stem Phone mounts and thought I'd share this. I found this bracket on a German site Desmoworld (

Make sure you choose the Panigale option, really simple to fit and a great bit of engineering. as an added bonus it looks much better than the other mounts I have looked at.
I then use a standard short RAM extension and the X-Grip RAM phone mount. Neat and tidy does not interfere with steering like the damper mount unit.
