Pictures of 748/916/96/98 Specials ??

Can anyone point me in the direction of pics of bikes that have been restored (only word i can think of tbh ) ie paint jobs , or aftermarket parts etc . I'm thinking of getting a 748 /996 and spending alot of time /money to get the bike into A1 spec . I have looked in the gallery and didn't find much .
Hope this makes sense....

Glad you like it
Still a bit more work to do on it
I bought it as a race bike and then converted it back for road use
Keeping many of the goodies and swapping the more race orientated bits for something more suitable on the public highway

goodies include
Mag Arm
Mag Wheels
Mag Yokes
Ohlins R&T Forks Ohlins race shock and linkage
AP adjustable ratio front brake Mastercylinder
Brembo Billet Radial Cluch lever
AP rear Caliper
FBF slipper clutch
54mm Termi Exhaust
Harris rearsets
Harris Bars
Techtronics Quickshift
Magneti Marelli MT940/B1 Dash

Once I get hold of the right brake plates i'll be fitting AP Radial calipers, AP narrow track discs and a Narrow Track front wheel

So when it comes to specing up a 748/916/996/998 the list is almost endless

Needed the money at the time.

Very sad to see it go as it was a combination of around 5 years work as a lot of the special mag parts and corse bits were refitted from my previous 748sp / 853.

Nearly over it and back on a late model 999r now
