The other interesting thing Neil said in the post race interview was that "Ducati got a bit of a wake-up call" and that already new parts are being developed in Italy. Let's hope he's right and Ducati can find a bit more power from the twin...until the V4 comes on-line.

Yes it did used to be for 1000cc bikes.I seem to remember Kurtis Roberts winning it on a 'Blade one year.Dunno why they went to 600's tho......

Big fish,little pond springs to mind Where was Mr Mladin at Luguna when WSB arrived....................er I can see him...........mid pack!Hats off to him,he keeps winning...........in the same series..............fresh challenge anyone?

You can't knock that 2nd first time racing there and that course looks tuff, it must be a nightmare to set up a bike with those banked parts.

Fair enough - he has been to GP's though when he was younger and got shafted.

With the amount of wedge he'd be on there I'm not surprised he's happy to stay - especially as he's winning.

Now imagine if he was going on and on about how he's better than Valentino and could beat him any day of the week ... and then started his own race team (which he has, but the bikes aren't turquoise )
