What do you me Pedro, no bike?
I thought you were getting God and St Paul to do the service, so you must have a bike!!!!

Anyway it's not the size of your Termie's that matter it's how good you look on it......I shall say no more.......

Well Pedro,
Contentious issue this one, what with all the 996/8 fans about. But I have to say as I find. The 749R is a far superior beast to my 996S, the brakes, suspension, weight distribution and oh that lovely slipper clutch......
As you know I did Donnington with Ferrari a couple of weeks ago and was amazed at the feel and handling. My old beast of burden would have given me pains with all that man handeling it around the curvy bits....PLeased.....you bet ya

Well CHEIF
I recon the two differences can be likend to women!

The 996/998 are like your missus/wife in bed

Ie; The wife will let you ride her within reason, the way you want to

you will know every turn of the way! and you also know that if you push it, she will say "NO" don't go there

but the 749R is like your knock off !

you think you can ride her the same way ! but then just when you think your getting the hang of her "SHE BITE'S" and spits you off!

Thus proving, who is being ridden????????????

Think about it

Sorry mate ,i think its the other way round.
The 748/99* is a bike that requires 100% effort to get the very best out of, the baby R is very much easier to get the best out of,basicly much easier to ride quickly.
Therefore ultimatly the 748/99* is more rewarding if you get everything right.(IMHO)
