Cheers for the reponses guys...

Spinoli...are the rear bungs big enough, in the R & G, kit to stick out further than the wheel and tyre??? I would have thought they would have to be pretty big to do that?

Any pics...front and rear?

Harv,

I'm not sure I should be discussing my rear bung on a public forum - I hardly know you!

However, I am of the opinion that it is plenty large and substantial enough to prevent damage to my rim (it just gets worse, doesn't it).

Whatever you do, don't make an irate call to R&G complaining that they haven't included a bung for the sprocket side - you'll only get a kindly person carefully explaining to you that a bung on that side would stop you using a spindle stand.

As for piccies - I won't have the time for a couple of days, but you may find some on the R&G website. They are a nicely made product, and I do recommend them.

I'll except it this once, but only this once

I get the bike back tomorrow, so I will take a pick of the fron to show you how the bungs coped with a 120 mph spill

I was towing it back on the trailer and went to one of those hand car wash jobbies - they gave the ZX a once over too!!!

All the trick parts will be on ebay soon, so had to clean them.

Its a shame that it'll never see the track again - well it might at Castle Combe if I can't get the Monnie through scrutineering.
