Grand Designs

Anyone see this on C4 last night. Designer house with a 916 mounted on the wall in his sitting room.

Sadly the mounting looked pretty permanent, I would have wanted it quick release so I could take it out for a ride....

I didn't see it but it looks a bit odd on the wall.

don't mind it being on the wall, would have just wanted it level.

Would always be tempted to walk over and turn it a bit so the wheels lined up.....

I think it's a great idea......if I'd kept my 748SPS (& my wife would let me) I'd stick it on the wall too - better than a painting, print etc

Actually it's probably best just to do it - easier to ask for forgiveness than permission...:-)

But then I do live in Brighton - must be the sea air.....

Anyone know where abouts it is in Brighton......

Not sure about sticking it on the wall and the sofa is hideous!!

But we have 2 dukes in the living room and they look great better than watching TV!!

Must admit, hanging on that wall is the only time I've ever seen a 916 look pants. It would be much better off on the floor, but then I think the house would've seemed a bit cramped don't you?

seemed the kind of guy I'd normally avoid, so putting it on the wall kinda confirmed it!!
