btw if you lot think it was slippery on the track, you might want to go and try the grass some time.

Actually is amazing because you went over the top of the bike as it slid

if its any consolation my mate found out how slippy the grass was as well when he gassed it and did a full 360 before it spat him off - he was ok as well so all is good

You know Dibble for a moment when you took of your skiddies and wrapped a towl around youself, I had the notion of grabbing it and running off. I wish I had now

Just like to say what an excellent day I had at Oulton yesterday. It made the day so much better with all the DSC peeps being there, seemed to be full of them in the Inters group with me. I'm getting to like the DD bike too, at least it didnt want to spit me off the back on every rise, like the R1 did!!! although you really have to thrash its lights out to get moving, eh... There are certainly some quick guys running in the DD and it will be nice to mix-it next weekend. It was also the first time on track in the wet for me, even after doing 30'od trackdays, and those Diablo's really are a testament to modern tyres. Oooh, just like to add how well organised the day was, well done No Limits.

See you all soon,

Andy

Yoo... cracking day... started with a scary wet track (in the South doesn't rain so much...) but quickly dried out!!
Thanks to Jon and Claire again for the nice BBQ on Tuesday night... and the free usage of the Xbox 360!! ..also, nice to put some face to some name/nicknames.
The track is cool and I really enjoyed power wheeling hill top and set the right line for druids corner which has a funny "shaky" exit!!
Thanks to Lawsey of No limits for showing me around, when you don't know the lines, best thing to do for a rookie like me
Lesson learned - no novice group for me anymore, no matter if I don't know
the track or is wet!!
9.00 PM I was home.. I guess I was lucky not to encouter anyone like Tonio did.. 3rd lane..really officer?? ..non capisco..parlare Italiano io...

Lawsey is an absolute legend. When we were in Jerez at the start of the year and I was having all sorts of problems with the bike he took it upon himself to make sure I enjoyed myself and got out on track. Gave me a tow round and it was tre cool.

No Limits, IMHO, are the best TDO going bar none.

Now, can you all please stop discussing this track day and the social event the evening before because I am insanely jealous and actually still working on a document for some clown in the office .... grrrr!
