Question 748r > Biposto Tail Unit Seat?

I've heard rumours that the Biposto Tail Unit Seat isn't compatible with the 748r frame? True / False?

The 748R rear sub frame is Aluminium, does not have the footrest mounts needed if you are going to carry a pillion.

Easier to get a Bip rear subframe.

I have done this on my 748R, the ecu will need re mounting and the wireing needs re routing, otherwise a simple enough job.

Hi Chris, thanks for the info...appreciated, you have got me thinking now. Will have to keep a look out for a rear BIP subframe and a seat.

I take it rear bip subframes comes in 1 flavour e.g., it's the same frame for the 748 as it is for a 916, 996 998? I've seen a few going on ebay.

Hey Bionicle, bought a BP subframe a few hours ago from ebay for £50. Other than that I was looking for a red bip seat as opposed to yellow.

Thanks for the heads up anyway.
