What colour hoses?
Following on from my thread about Samco coolant hoses, for the life of me can't decide on colour!!Black is original, blue looks cool BUT is it in keeping with the SP5?Anybody got a pic of a race 888 with blue hoses?

I went blue for my 749, the majority of race bikes seem to run blue samco hoses.

How do you know that those hoses at JHP aren't new, rather than original?

If they're good enough for Phil's bike they're good enough for yours

Don't like the blue!! Clashes with red, in my humble opinion. Got to be BLACK!

The SP doesn't need these 'bling' colours. Ever heard the term: 'Gilding the lily?'

Jools,I know what you are saying and it looks absolutely stunning(jealous?ME-Absolutely!!),but that is on a race bike not road.I do not want to "Gild the lilly" as weeveetwin put it.It's the old adage, when does bling become tacky?

blue is the only colour for samco hoses because even on the other colours the base colour is blue (like the inside of the tubes) which still shows at the ends
