Buggsy called them out from Popham an hour later a man with a van arrives ( a van that has no room for a bike ) and offers to bung up the radiator hole with some gum. The call center based in Leon France then said they would arrange for the bike to be taken to the nearest dealer which they said was Reading and from there he would get a taxi back to Oxford. WTF Snells or Moto Rapido is nearer and all of them are closed on a Sunday and it is a shorter journey to get him back to Oxford. After she sopoke to her supervisor ( Who by the way was not available on a Sunday for Bugsy to speak to ) they would not recover him home. T00sers.
Well done Senna coming to the rescue. You would'nt have put me out at all Bugsy using my van.

Really sorry to hear this. I must admitt I've found all the branded assist packages very much less than perfect. I swear by RAC roadside, recovery and at home. I also have European cover.
