Caliper bolts 40mm v 65mm

Does anyone know the exact dimensions for caliper bolts for 40mm Brembos? I know the thread size is different because I've just tried (and failed) to bolt on a pair of 40mm using Ti bolts from 65mm.

TIA

Erm.....from memory mine are std 8mm cap head but there is a non-threaded portion near the top of the bolt, so I guess you really need the length and thread pitch as well.

I'll have a look when I get back from Cadwell if no-one else has replied....

Nelly will be busy....one for Shazzam perhaps (he is da MAN !!!!)

The early callipers with the 40mm spacing use a ISO metric thread of M10 X 1.5 pitch, the later Callipers with 65mm spacing use a metric fine thread of M10 X 1.25 pitch. I think they are about 35mm to 40mm long.
