Has any 1 got the Lift and degree measurements for 999R cams ?

Or know where I can download a 999R 04 workshop manual as I have got a 999RS 04 workshop manual which gives setting for CA525 cams or CA478 cams which are checked at 5mm lift

'03/'04 are
Intake opens 16 deg BTDC, closes 60 deg ABDC
Exh opens 60 deg BBDC, closes 18 deg ATDC
Lift with zero clearance Int 11.71mm Exh 10.13mm

'05/'06 are different

Intake opens 21 deg BTDC, closes 53 deg ABDC
Exh opens 60 deg BBDC, closes 20 deg ATDC
Lift with zero clearance Int 13mm Exh 11.5mm

cams are marked 5R ? just checked they are 05 999R cams
