Anyone run both Bridgey 012ss\'s and Pirelli Diablo Corsas ??

I will need a new set of tyre shortly, well July 4th to be exact ...

Has anyone used both these tyres on road and track ???

I've been on 012ss's for the last 2 years but everyone is raving about the Pirellis ....

Must be good wet & dry .....

I have but on different bikes
I used 012ss on my R1 (190 section)
I use Diablo corsas on my 749r (180 section)

they are both very good, but I feel the Diablo is slightly better, but it may just be the different profile

I have used both on my 998 & it depends on what you want , the BT's are more twitchy & the Corsa's more stable with a slower turn in .

As for grip either has more then i ever needed !

Not really twitchy as such , but the 12's deffo seem more lively , faster to roll over into the bend , where as the Corsa seem bit more planted more reluctant to turn in ,but that suits me fine , Yello swears by the 12ss but having tried both one after the other ,the 12's then Corsa i like the Corsa better

You makes your choice , rider preference really

I find the 996 slow to turn compared to other bikes I've ridden, a lot more stable though. I don't think the Corsa adds that much to it.

I seemed to be able to turn the 996 pretty quickly on Supercorsa's, just give it more of a nudge on the countersteer. You know it makes sense.

Just bloody put them on and stop being an old woman!

That's kind of what I was getting at over U2U dibble, they just seem slower to turn... and I thought that was just me

I'm beginning to think that this is a long range warning for going slow at brands!!

"I'd had new gearing, new tyres..... blah, blah, blah!"
