Well what is it really about Motorcycles and Motorcycle Mechanics and shops?????????????

Put A DUCATI in the equation and WOW

Are you right or are you wrong?

well of course your right!!

ok then a painter and decorator Puts paint on the walls and paints !
is that right???????????

Is he a specialized painter who uses his brush differently to his mate who is a painter also?

Does he bollox ! he's a painter:

so lets see

Driver is a driver?
secretary is a secretary?
machinist is a machinist?
Window fitter is a window fitter?

But when it comes to a bike mechanic WOW
He must be a genius
WHY?

because the amounts you wanna pay him!"!!!!!

Oil is oil
filters are filters
plugs are plugs
etc etc
you would be amazed who makes what for whome!!!

Suck sqeeze bang blow!!!!

remember the combustion engine !!
guess what it's still around but people have put on some pheriferals ! it's now dressed up like a computer!!

it's still a combustion engine

just get a mechanic who you trust to do it !!

as for keeping ya warranty book up to date

ask my mate who just lost £6000 in 9 months and 1540 mileson his 999R

Think about it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

you can always go and but a pile of jap crap and save a few pennies.

to be fair for a lot of us by the time you add in 'extras' such as slipper clutches, trackday bodywork, termi's, pcIII's, carbon this, carbon that, tyres, trackdays, etc etc etc it probably doesnt make too much difference to the overall cost of ownership.
