Fuel pump I think

Just got back from a ride and when I turned ignition of the fuel pump wont stop priming. ( Thats what it sounds like)
Tried turning ignition on and off but still the same sound, been running for over 1/2 hour now. Anyone got any thoughts?

Fuel pump relay has stuck on, disconnect the battery locate the relay and relace it or in the short term give it a tap and try it again.

Sounds like the contacts have stuck together holding the relay on just a thought. If this is the case tapping it will more than likely release it but it will happen again.

Regards

Each time after my ride I hear funny noises when I switch the bike off, like maybe some whistling or some whining or something like that, anyone has that?

The whistling noise sounds like air being sucked into the petrol tank. My car used to do this, took me ages to find out what it was.

See attached image from workshop manual showing fuel injection system relay (No. 6). Not absolutely sure this is the one, but it's the only one shown for fi system. Maybe someone that's changed one recently could confirm (or u2u bungi as I believe he's just changed one)?
