Cutting out.

Evening troops,

My 1098 has started to cut out on me. It normally happens only after I've been shifting on and then rolling to a junction to stop. Soon as I press the starter button it fires up straight away no problems.

I had it in for service last week and they adjusted the TPS valve ? To stop it but it still doing it.

As I say it only does it after shifting on and doesn't cause any other problems. It's just a little annoying.

Any ideas ?

Thanks

Richie.

Some of the early bikes suffered with this a little. The DP ECU helped because you could trim and setup the fuelling better. If the bikes stock, a half turn out on the rear air screw helps, maybe a further half turn if the first tweak 'almost' works.
You can see the rear air screw thru the frame just to rear of the throttle body. It's a brass screw about 10mm diameter.
