Good piccies.

I've tried to walk up the banking there and OMG !!!

Scarey, scarey place - huge respect to anyone who rides around.

Will be nice to see Hodgy at the front of a race again.

Hodgson in America

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mornin' all,
Tyre testing going on at Daytona right now, and it's very cool to know that Neil Hodgson is racing in America this year. I guess he's finding the Big D a bit of a challenge first time out, but sounds like he's being a bit circumspect and not too aggressive and so far, has stayed on two wheels and came out with third fastest time yesterday. The Ducati effort looks like a solid one this year, on Dunlops instead of Michelin, and Eric Bostrom has recovered from being taken out halfway through last season.
All in all, it'll be an interesting start to the season come the first race at Daytona in March, and although this first track is so different to any other here, and the initial results may not carry over, throwing Hodgson and a first-rate Ducati team into the mix will make for more bikes at the front over the year, methinks. Hope so.
Cheers
Barry
