ARAI helmet

Probably the wrong place so if it is SORRY
I am interested in buying a ARAI from a shop on EBAY called
www.verstore.com
They are selling the top of the line ARAI´s RX-RR4 for a great price BUT are based in JAPAN
So if anyone has heard of them? I would appreciate any comments as I need a new Helmet as mine is 8 years now.
BIG thanks

Problem you might have is that the Asian Arai dealers sell Arai's which are designed for the Asian shaped heads, not Anglo/European/US shaped if you follow that???

Do they say they are Euro shaped? Also maybe the Asian specs aren't as strict as say the UK's (I know you're in Sweden) but I'm guessing the specs maybe Euro compliant etc also.

They say that the medium ( my size) is 57 - 58 cm which is what it says in my old Arai I have now ?
£280 is a bl%%dy good price ?? Well for Sweden its half the price for a new Arai

arai do 3 different shell shapes for the world so it may differ

can you not get the same helmet in uk?

isn`t rx7 rr4 an old shell now corsair?

dont think arai uk would cover any warranty issues either.

No Gold British Standard Sticker = no insurance if you have an accident as the helmet is not type approved for the UK.

I think we have one in a hundred checked and others only have one in one thousand.

Just realised that you are in sweden, your rules are probably as strict as ours.

Like what's been said...

Different shape from the european market -
"Arai even produces different shaped shells and liners for different continents: rounded for Asian countries, longer and narrower for North American customers and wider at the front for the European market."

and no warranty on an arai that's not bought in person over the counter.

you pays yer money...
