Couple of questions.

Anybody have a pic of the correct positioning of the wiring block connector for the fuel pump, under the fuel tank.Either hits the airbox or the cylinder head at the moment.
When the ignitions switched on/engine run,the fuel pump primes, but then makes a noise like an old video tape when it comes to the end on rewind, kind of screeching noise.

Have you got the fuel pipes on the correct connectors under the tank?

Not sure if it matters by the way - just a thought.

the screeching noise isn't a problem, mine's done it for years, the hoses do have to be on the right way as one is a feed line, one is a return.

Thanks for the thoughts, its the wiring connector thats a pain, its either hitting the airbox or the cylinder head, the tank doesnt sit down smoothly. There must be an exact position where it should be clipped.
