You should be able to attach a picture from the reply screen , Just click browse just above post reply navigate to the desired pic then click post reply and that should be it though there might be a size limit for the pic (usually 200kb iirc ) to use a website you can either use your personal webspace if you have any or find a picture hosting site , never used one so cant help there but basically you upload the image then either click the img tab in reply (its a has a small picture of a mountain range on it 7th from the left ) from the options above the reply box and enter the url to the image there or add it using (img)http//www.picture.co.uk(/img) where http//www.picture.co.uk is the url for the pic and replace the () with [] if you get stuck for hosting email the pic to me on
