Wire Colours

I am now trying to re-assemble the back light of my ST and like the numpty that I am forgot to note the wire colours to the bulb holder, as it has been a major job to get the light fitting off I am keen to get it re-connected right first time.

From the WSM I have its:

Bk ( Black) to the outer shield

then

GrR (Grey-red )

and

Y (Yellow )

To the two bulb pins.

Frank,

thanks, i remembered your recent post about resources and found the circuit diagram you posted above. Thanks on both counts it works as long as the bulb is properly located.
