Thundersport won't run this 3 day format with Friday qualifying on a regular basis, the problem is that the entries are full... and Thundersport don't run reserves, plus Mallory has such a small grid (32) that the only way to get it all in was to run practice/qualifying on the Friday, which was originally to be a test day. Usual format will be test day, then practice/qualifying/racing saturday and warm up/racing sunday.
