Sorry WJB doing Silverstone GP instead as its 130 miles closer to home than Cadwell and has garages with electric, so I'll be using my tyre warmers and the kettle. Couple of sessions on the DD bike and then its either the 996 or the 750SSie
Mood: Channel Swim is now a (bad) memory not a dream
nah, depends where you look for the weather, it varies from zero degrees overnight and snow to 8 degrees and light fluffy clouds.
We all know Cadwell will do whatever it wants and there is no real point in looking at the weather in Louth or Horncastle as it can be completely different at the circuit.
I recall one race meet last year where we ended up going home early as it was cold wet and very foggy, so we packed up and as we turned left out of the circuit it was dry and sunny - you could see Cadwell bathed in a cloud.
Also seen quite the reverse where there's been a little hole in the sky just above Cadwell for the sun to shine through.
It was snowing in the morning at Brands a couple of weeks ago and it turned out to be a great day.
So I'll be there come what may - its all time on the bike. And if it can be cold on Sunday, it can be cold in two weeks time when we are racing there!!!
